The owner of this new build house approached us to install a multi-room system in just one week.
We were asked to supply:
- Music in five rooms
- Full surround sound home cinema in main room
- Music in the garden
- All remote controlled
- No cables showing
- ...with just one week to complete!
The main issue was with the cabling. There had been no planning ahead and as the plastering had already been done so we could not take the usual approach of cabling fitted in the walls pre-finish. All the same, we managed to cable both under floor and within the walls throughout the property.
But the job was done on time: we had the system specified and agreed, did the cabling throughout the property in just two days, had everything installed and the owner was trained up on how to use it.
All within one week!
